Refund Policy

At Physiomatic Physiotherapy Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality physiotherapy services both at our clinic and through home visits. To maintain fairness and effective scheduling for all patients, we have established the following refund policy.

By booking an appointment or availing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be provided only under the following conditions:

Clinic Visits

A refund will be applicable if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours (1 day) prior to the scheduled clinic visit.

Home Visit Physiotherapy

A refund will be applicable if the home visit appointment is cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made after these time limits will not be eligible for any refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Missed appointments without prior notice
Late cancellations beyond the specified time limits
Sessions that have already started or been completed
Partial usage of treatment sessions
Treatment packages once initiated (used sessions are strictly non-refundable)
Dissatisfaction arising from individual recovery outcomes, as physiotherapy results vary between patients

Treatment Packages

Treatment packages are designed for continuity of care and are non-transferable. Refunds are not provided for packages once treatment has begun. Remaining unused sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability and mutual agreement.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for notifying the clinic within the required timeframe for cancellations. Communication can be made via phone or WhatsApp.

Failure to comply with cancellation timelines will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Policy Modifications

Physiomatic Physiotherapy Clinic reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and become effective immediately.
